Pick books your whole club will actually love.
Next Chapter keeps your book club's picks, votes, meetings and chat in one place, and learns what your group likes from a quick poll after every book.
Works in any browser on phone or laptop. Nothing to download.
A group text isn't a book club app.
Everything your club juggles across texts, spreadsheets and sticky notes, in one place everyone can open.
Picks that know your club
Suggestions built from how your members actually rated past books, not a bestseller list. Every pick explains itself.
- A match score and the reason, citing books you loved
- Private picks for each reader's own nightstand
- Save ideas so the next picker has a head start

The next meeting, and whose turn it is
Date, time, the host's address and a calendar invite on one screen. Pickers rotate in order, nominate three books, and everyone gets one vote.
- Move the meeting with one tap; everyone sees it
- A countdown and pages-a-day to finish on time
- A 60-second poll after every book, so the quiet reader's opinion counts too

Talk between meetings without spoiling the ending
A General room for logistics, plus a room for every book. Book rooms warn before you walk in, so slower readers stay safe.

And the rest of what clubs ask for
Members list the books they own, ask to borrow, and see who has what.
Paste in every book you've read together and start with a full library.
Ask the club anything, from "who has a copy?" to "can we meet Saturday?"
Favorite genres, deal-breakers and reading pace, so picks fit the room.
Share what you're reading on your own and pitch a favorite for the club.
Only invited members see anything. Admins manage invites, roles and the rotation.

Questions
Do members need to download an app?
No. Next Chapter runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. Members just tap your invite link.
Who can see our club?
Only people who joined with your invite link. Other clubs can't see your books, votes or chat, and admins can remove members or make a new invite link anytime.
How do the AI picks work?
They read your club's ratings, poll answers and members' stated tastes, then suggest books you haven't read and explain each choice. Personal picks are visible only to you.
What does Premium cost, and who pays?
$5 a month or $50 a year for the whole club, plus sales tax where required. The club admin subscribes; members never pay. Every club gets one 30-day free trial.
How do I cancel?
In your club, open Admin, then Manage billing. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and everything your club saved stays put.
We've been meeting for years. Can we bring our history?
Yes. Paste your list of past books, one per line, and members can rate the ones they read so picks start smart.
